00Be very very quiet. We are hunting wowy weapons. Wait, no. We're hunting wowy short sellers. And we have the pesky Ryan Cohen continuing to buy the stock. Is he ready to take over the short sellers? Find out on tonight's episode of Whyan Cohen Buys More Stock. Now, you can see that I've already had some drawings on here as I was going through an explanation of some things, but I'm going to be honest. I want to just start fresh. Now, I'm going to ask the wife just really quickly if she could drop it just like a few hairs of volume cuz it's not that I can't hear. It's just that like it's in my other ear and then I'm thinking about something and then I hear this guy say Froot Loop and then it just throws me completely out of whack. And so everything's fine now. The wife has corrected the television and we are now here to have a conversation about G M E tonight on Prime C. No, wait. Sorry. That Tonight on the Jackulats JLT show sponsored by GameStop. Not yet, but maybe we have GME and some more news, right? Some more news, please. Sir, can I have some more? And Ryan Cohen said, "Yes, yes you may, little little Jimmy." He said, "Load up the boat, boys and girls. I'm buying another 500k shares because I'm Ryan [ __ ] Cohen." Now, he could have been UTG, right? He could have been UTG. And UTG actually has 1 million and1. So I don't know about you guys, but currently UTG1, Ryan Cohen zero. So Ryan, if you're listening here tonight, you just got cooked by UTG. Get [ __ ] cooked. Sponsored by House of Bolt or Lightning Flash thing. I don't know. What did they say? just lightning strike. So, okay. So, GME and Ryan Cohen, Ryan Cohen specifically, not GME, Ryan Cohen bought another 500,000 shares, giving him a total now of a million shares recently purchased within the last 48 hours. [panting] It's fine. It's fine, right? Everybody, it's going to be fine. Everything's fine. We're fine. Okay. It's really, really exciting when the CEO of your favorite company is buying more stock, right? Because every time we go on to Twitter, every time we go on stream, every time we [ __ ] look at Instagram or
29Facebook or Tik Tok or whatever it is, we always see the headlines. Oh, Nvidia CEO selling, Tesla CEO selling. Insert stock here, CEO selling. Insert other stock here, CEO selling. But every single year, except for 2024, every single year, Ryan Cohen has bought the stock and bought the stock and bought the stock. But what's really interesting, right, beyond the fact that the CEO of this company, a supposed dying brickandmortar business that's about to go bankrupt. Well, this time instead of buying just once, Ryan Cohen has now purchased numero dos times. You like my Spanish there? I also got French, I think. Un do, I think. Right. Do Why am I asking her? It's not like she knows. I don't [ __ ] know, right? You don't know what dose is in French, right? She's Okay, there you go. So, you heard it here first. So, duh. [gasps] It's a good thing I'm recording this video and posting this later to YouTube because everybody's going to really understand what's happening. So, and I'm not editing it either. So, so Ryan Cohen, right, bought more shares. And what's really interesting is he has now done it back to back, right? We going back to back. He's done it back to back for the first time since December of 2020, folks. He has been doing it at the same area of support, support, support, support, support, support. The single most important piece to any investing thesis beyond the fundamentals, beyond the [ __ ] you know, witchcraft, voodoo, hudoo, whatever, the single most important thing that any trade starts with is a stock that is at support. And now the CEO of the company has purchased the stock at support two separate times here and here. Well, now arguably three times because he bought more again. That's so sick. Focus, Jackie. Focus. Now, think about the implications that are currently taking place. The market is looking interesting, right? I'm not going to talk about that tonight. That's that's for tomorrow. And we have GME sitting directly on support. And now the CEO of the business as well as the other insider uh Elaine Atel. Atel help me chat. He bought Elaine Atel. He bought uh 12K more again today. So, another insider another insider purchase and I'm loving that they continue to happen at support. Now, beyond the
58fact that it's all happening at support, which is tremendously exciting, we also went through today and showed you guys that basically every single Ryan Cohen purchase has eventually led to some very explosive price action that has followed shortly after. Now, I personally I'm not like overly concerned, all right, about I'll say kind of the immediate price action. All right, but I do want you guys to see the reason why we did this secret stream tonight was to show you guys why exactly I am now looking at this and getting really excited, right? I mean, listen, obviously the CEO and our favorite [ __ ] person within this little GME space, you know, obviously with the Roaring Kitty as well, one of our favorite people buying the stock and showing support at this same level that many of us have been talking about and buying at is like, yo, this man is literally aligning himself with us, the shareholders of his business. And to me it just dude [laughter] like that is one of the most bullish things that you could potentially have. Like that makes me really really really excited. Okay. But beyond the fact that we have those exciting things that are taking place, you guys know that we really try to focus on the charts of GME. It's it's what we have pretty much always done and it's what made Jackie Latitz it's what built our name the tits gang was our ability to read and understand a chart and looking at the technicals and being able to understand you know is it suggesting positive negative and understanding where the opportunity is and when to take that chance etc etc [sighs] when I look at GME right beyond the fact that we have held this area of report. And beyond the fact that we've bounced off of this macro golden pocket a 100 [ __ ] times throughout this zone, I want you to see now some of the things that are beginning to develop on GME's chart that are starting to get people really excited right now. Um, for a few of you, maybe not all of you, but for a few of you, the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to start with something called the whole sweet moving average, or just as many of you guys understand
45it, the whole moving average. Okay, the whole moving average is like a longterm exponential moving average. It's not. That's not exactly how it is. But I want you to think about it that way because with the hull, the cool thing about this is even on the macro, it is still reactive to some degree to price action, especially shifts and changes in the trend. Okay. Now, I wanted to focus on the daily, but just because I've opened it up here on the weekly, I want to show you guys something. Okay. Currently we are resting with a close today. Now obviously we're going to talk about what happened in the after hours with price action a little bit more but on the weekly we are currently printing. Okay look it first of all turn off the hall that is a day a bullish weekly engulfing candle. A bullish engulfing weekly candle is currently being printed on GME following a dogee at the bottom of a rounding formation. And then you guys will remember we've talked about the ADX and how that ADX was printing a low that we haven't seen since 2023. And then right if we turn on that hull you guys will see that we are poking our heads above it. Now poking our heads above it is not necessarily the end all be all but what is really interesting is how this hull is beginning to slope flat. It's beginning to turn flat. The closer it turns to flat, the closer it has a chance of flipping green. And when it flips green, our statistical probabilities of seeing GME make a really significant move increase by a large degree. Now, the reason that I am so excited about some of the things that we are seeing here, and I want you all to put this in the back of your heads, okay, or in the back of your minds. [sighs and gasps] Remember the weekly MAC D? When I first learned this and understood the concept of what this was showing me, it blew me the [ __ ] away. Because once you understand it, it seems so simple. But in the moment it it's really difficult because a lot of you are new traders or new to technical analysis or new to how some of these indicators function. And the MACD is a
38momentum indicator. And what's really interesting is when you draw trend lines where you can very clearly see highs that are lower highs and lows that are higher lows that form triangular structures. This doesn't just apply to GME. This applies to many stocks, to anything that you want to trade. When you see structures like this, it opens up a world of opportunity. One of the most recent examples, if you haven't already noticed, look over to the left. Beep. Boop beep boop beep boop bing. Anyone want to hazard a guess when this breakout took place? I don't think I really need to tell you cuz you probably already know. And now you're telling me, right? You're You're telling me. Beep beep beep beep beep beep. Yep. Yep. And now look at this. The MACD on the weekly has magically crossed below the center, flipping the MACD histogram green. And with some continued insider buys or perhaps some continued pressure on the stock, you could start to see that histogram rise. And perhaps that histogram will reach its breaking point. And if it manages to hit this breaking point, well, is there anything suggesting that we could be close to the end of this structure? Well, I don't know. Two [ __ ] CEO buys will probably help, but how about some technicals? Well, we talked about the weekly hull and being above that. Check this out, chat. Check this out. If we go to the daily, now you guys know, right? If I show you the [ __ ] scam hours here. Okay, this is what happened in scam hours, right? 4% in scam hours uh from Ryan Con's purchase thing that happened. Okay, so you got to just remember that as we look into this chart a little bit. Okay, so headed back to the daily here. Look at this. First of all, you're now back above the daily hall suite opening and closing above it. This is almost certainly going to flip green. Now you guys remember this is a trading strategy that we have developed on GME specifically using the hull where when it flips green and GME comes back to back test it typically you have a about 70% chance to see a 25% move or greater and we are now getting that whole flip which is suggesting that we could get a
31positive move. Okay. Now, with a positive move, right, with a positive move, we also turn our attention to the moving averages. And if we look at the moving averages, you guys will notice that we are now above the daily 50 opening and closing above it. As well as obviously tomorrow, uh we're going to open above it. I don't know about close or where it's going to go or obviously but just looking at it as it is we have opened and closed above it suggesting again some more positivity of a potential breakout. Now obviously we did the same thing here before earnings gap down and then here before we rejected the gap and pushed even lower. Right? So why are we kind of excited about this? Well, again, there's a few reasons. You could argue that this is a longer term breakout. You have the CEO purchases, which again cannot be denied about how important and influential those are on potential future price action. We turn our attention to the RSI, which is now broken out of a little RSI wedge, broken the center line, broken the EMA, and pushing towards the bull zone, suggesting a larger breakout. And now this breakout I would hope would get us at least to the daily 200 period moving average at 24 bucks. The question ultimately becomes at this stage. Are we going to get a more macro breakout from the weekly time frame of this MACD wedge and finally see this thing make a really significant move? And [snorts] we are approaching the end of this. It doesn't have much longer to go now. It can extend to March and maybe even April. But again, we know that we are approaching the end of whatever this structure happens to be. And then you guys will also remember that we have been tracking on the weekly time frame. Right? Again, draw it however you want. Right? You can draw it like this. You can draw it like this. I don't care. Right? And then we have this one right here. Right? So, we have this also this weekly RSI wedge where if you kind of draw the center line for it, which is approximately right here, we are now coming up for a test of it. And that's right at the center line. This this spot just plain and
27simple could not be more important at this stage, right? Because we know that a weekly MACD cross and that weekly MACD wedge breakout would very likely lead to a breakout of the weekly RSI through the center line, which would then just lead to a [ __ ] explosive move on GME. And now, right, it's like we talked about on stream earlier in the week, right? When we pulled out the little stars and we said, "Folks, those stars, they are aligning." And for whatever reason, I don't know specifically what it is that's, you know, ultimately going to cause GME to have this big breakout and whatever it is that's going on. But I want you to see one last piece of the puzzle that I haven't really shown very many people. And in fact, well, I haven't really seen very many people draw this, which kind of surprised me. But I have something to show you now. Now, you will have noticed that on the daily time frame, I just drew this green trend line, right? Connecting here to here to here. And you can see we're trying to break out. Hm. None of you noticed this. I'm sure that you did, right? I'm sure that you did. I'm just uh, you know, I'm just playing it up. None of you noticed this. Hm. And isn't it interesting that it aligns with the weekly MACD wedge beginning the first high, the first low, the beginning of the structure? Isn't it interesting that this two arguably has been doing something very similar h and now you have a weekly RSI wedge, a weekly MACD wedge, a weekly DMI wedge. You have price getting above the hall. You have all of these things taking place as we approach this crucial pivoting moment. Okay. Okay. Okay. I was just playing it up. I know you guys are all [ __ ] smarter than me. Okay. [ __ ] I hate you all. All right. [ __ ] I knew you had it. I knew you had it in you. I knew you had it in you. You son of a [ __ ] All right. I knew you had it in you. I believed in you. Right. Right from day one, I believed in you. Right from day one. Right. Obviously. So, so folks, that's what we have going
43on with GME now with regards to price action here now. All right. And what to kind of expect going forward. Let's just draw a couple of things. [ __ ] that little trend line. [ __ ] all that little stuff, right? Let's just draw a couple of things. First, let's just draw the macro fib. Where's the 236? Okay, perfect. 2280. That's the first one. Okay, that's the first spot where if GME gets there, you're going to go, "Whoa, bucko, it's probably time to slow down a little bit." All right. Whoa. All right. So, that's the first spot that you're going to look to. Then the second thing you're going to do is zoom in a little bit more and you're actually going to draw a fib from the uh warrant distribution warrant distribution high to the lowest low since. Okay, you'll see the 382 magically align with the macro 236. So that is why you guys are going to aim there. All right. Then you'll also notice that was the same spot that we ran into that stopped us before, right? That was kind of like the same zone, the same spot that stopped us before and pushed us back down. So you guys already know that if you break this, right, and break this little zone, there's a pretty good chance that this is going to go up and test that daily 200 at 24 buckaronos. All right. And then just above that, you've got your macro golden pocket here with your macro 382 at about 24.90 somewhere in that ballpark. Okay, so now you have things to look for above. All right, now I need to give you warning signs in terms of immediate price action. Okay, so we're going to start with something very simple for everybody in the chat box. You all better answer or I'm literally going to fight you. Okay, I will lit. Oh my god, Thrill House got a TG tag. Yeah, right. Yeah, right. Yeah, right he did. Yeah, right he did. Oh, he did. Oh, he did. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Okay. So, [laughter] he says he figured it out. Hey, me too, man. Me too. Okay, here here's what I'm going to ask the chat box to do. All right, chat. What percentage of price action stays within the Ballinger bands? Here
21we go. We're going to break the [ __ ] Discord, chat. Here we go. Yeah. All right, so that's gone. [laughter] All right, so 95% of all price action stays within the Ballinger bands. Chat, look. Look. See this? So, those Ballinger bands are actually like really, really, really tight right now, right? So, if those Ballinger bands are tight, folks, where do you think we're going to be tomorrow at the start? Well, we're probably going to be gapping up at least a little bit and we might be outside of those daily Ballinger bands. Now, those bands are very likely to start bulging. So, we might not be like crazy [snorts] outside of them, but I would definitely say, folks, that you should anticipate that we will be outside of those daily Ballinger bands. It doesn't necessarily mean that it just has to stay there and then come back in because that's the rules of the Ballinger bands and that's the way price action works. That's not necessarily true, but we know that 95% of it stays within, right? So the expectation at least from my perspective would be we shouldn't really necessarily look to seek price action continuing only on the off chance that something really kind of drastic happens, right? Like maybe we just start getting piles of [ __ ] lit orders or maybe we just start getting piles of options orderflow coming into GME, right? Like whatever it happens to be. Okay, that is the only way where I would kind of say, okay, now I want to actively chase a potential I'll say like momentum move on GME. Whereas right now, I just think the most common sense logical thing to look at is to say, okay, this is going to be gapping up outside the Ballinger bands and they're bulging, which is good, which suggests that price action could start to move. And we have reasons to believe that. Whether that's the MACD cross on the weekly or whether that's the MACD on cross on the daily that's creeping towards the center, whatever it happens to be, there are reasons to suggest that there are is momentum with GME. All right. The problem is is that we just typically haven't seen price action kind of like follow through, right? And we haven't seen it for a long [ __ ] time.
55So the thing about all this, right, is if we anticipate that price action can move higher, you guys have to remember that conversation that we had earlier today, right? And that conversation goes back to GME, Ryan Cohen, and the bond holders. And Ryan Cohen approaching the bond holders and saying, "Hey guys, I'm going to start buying." So the arbitrage is coming to an end. I'm done with you guys. Like he's not he's not saying it like this, right? I'm just, this is just Jackie speaking, but like he's like, "Hey, I'm done with you guys selling the options and making the market for GME. I'm ready to start building value on this company. So, I'm here to start buying and we're going to put an end to all that stuff. So, thank you for the money. You guys have made your money. You've sold the options. You've done what you needed to do. I'm giving you this fair warning that it's time for you to start getting out of those positions. So if we were to see GME make a rise at this stage, I would imagine it would be something very similar to what we saw back here in April last year where it was very very small candle, small movement. I mean steady and all the way up, right? But it was small small small small pullback small small small and then boom boom boom boom. right now. I don't know about the boom boom boom boom, but I I do feel somewhat confident that if we do start to get a push, it will be relatively slow but a stable, confident move to the upside. And then we have like a billion [ __ ] gaps on the upside. People keep wanting to talk about the [ __ ] gaps that we leave on the low side. What about the [ __ ] gaps that we've left on the high side? There's a gap here at 2312. There's a gap here at 282705. There's a gap here at 2850. There's a gap here at 316. There's a gap here at [ __ ] $75. Like there's gaps all over the high side. What about those ones, right? And now with all of our technicals starting to look significantly better, right? Like your daily RSI breaking center and your weekly heading for a test
58of it with the weekly MACD stuff. And then who could forget about the DMI because we haven't even really spoken about the DMI or anything at all too, right? The DMI is still relatively low. We obviously if we want to see GME make this move, this needs to start coming with us the same way that it did here in September. And the same thing goes for the weekly. The weekly is still sitting at like, you know, pretty historical lows here. And this needs to start turning up, not continuing to flatten out to the downside, right? Like that's something that we've been paying attention to on SPY futures. And look, right? Like this is an example of beginning to turn up. It might, you know, settle back down, but this is the potential first real sign of like, okay, maybe volatility is beginning to kick in here. So, if we look back over to GME on the same weekly time frame, we don't have that yet. It doesn't necessarily mean that it won't come. It just means that we're going to like it's going to take some time for it to get there. So, with GME, just kind of anticipate, okay, if we're going to make a move, it's going to happen over the course of uh, you know, weeks and months. This isn't something that's, you know, going to gap up 50 [ __ ] percent tomorrow, right? It's more so like, let's make these stable, steady movements towards the upside. But my kind of thought process here is very simple. Ryan Cohen could potentially buy more stocks. Like he could just continue to buy more GME. Okay. And if he continues to buy more GME. All right. No, I know the screen keeps going in and out. It's because I'm going from uh the the um I'm recording this on UB uh uh uh OBS. So when I flip between the two, sometimes it shows a pause screen. So I apologize for that, but it doesn't on the other thing. So it's fine. The important thing to think about here is there's the potential that Ryan Cohen could buy more and other insiders could also continue to buy more and there could just be more general activity on this stock. And sometimes all bets are off. But my thought process here is pretty simple.
11Ryan Cohen when he has historically purchased the share price has really broken out. Whether it's taken a day, a week, a month for that to occur. It has made some pretty significant breakouts following a Ryan Cohen purchase. And don't get me wrong, we've seen something nice, but it's not like that amazing, at least not yet. And maybe that's because Ryan Cohen and the gang want to keep the share price low so that they can continue to kind of I don't want to say quietly buy it, but you know, they want to sort of accumulate the stock, you know, at these lows. And now they've got it at 21 something. And you know, now if it were to gap up to 2270 and stay there all day, that's at the same lows that it spent all the [ __ ] August at. So the potential for Ryan Con to say, "Yeah, I'll probably buy there." I mean, that's basically the same prices he was buying at before on April. You You guys gave me [ __ ] about this earlier last [ __ ] stream. So, I think it was the 7th or the 4th, one of those two. Please don't hurt me. I, you know, please don't hurt me. So yeah, you know, the potential for him to buy more and then once his little kind of buying spree is done to then see the expression of price and see a breakout now that he's purchased and you begin to see some fair value on the stock post the Ryan, you know, purchase, you know, i.e. the breakout, that could be something that we see take place. So, the big question is, is Ryan Cohen going to keep purchasing all the way up until the end of this week? He can. He can. If he wants to, he can. He can go out and he can he can buy right now. He can buy some tomorrow. He can buy some on Friday. So question ultimately is right the question ultimately is is he going to buy more and if he continues to buy more GME well I think the whole market is really going to start paying attention because I mean what other CEO is out here buying stock of his company that I mean at the current juncture after the last nine months it
34looks like a piece of [ __ ] What kind of what kind of crazy ass CEO would do that? Let alone to the tune of millions of dollars. Oh well, Ryan would. So that's what we kind of have going on for tomorrow. Okay, that's what we have going on for tomorrow. So, we will be live tomorrow. All right, we will be live tomorrow. So, don't you don't you worry, okay? We're going to be live tomorrow. [sighs] And uh
